Check out our new class schedule for TRX, Spinn, and bootcamp. The drop-in rate for 1 class is $15.00. We offer a 10 class block for $125.00. All classes are 30 minutes long. Saturday Bootcamp is 1 hour.

Randy Sims Places At Florida Gold Cup
Signature owner Randy Sims competed at the NPC Florida Gold Cup over the weekend and placed in two events. Signature Athletes at 2011 Southeastern Bodybuilding Championship
Congratulations to these Signature Fitness athletes who placed at the 2011 Southeastern USA Bodybuilding Championships! Rose Crianza took third place in the women’s over 50 figure competition. She is age 62. Charles Williams took third place in the men’s heavyweight class.
