Our old school weight training class is a great way to add some muscle to your physique in a short time.

Our weight training classes are tailored to suit beginners as well as the everyday hard core lifter… we incorporate old school training… bodybuilding… machines… bands… odd objects and new wave techniques to set the bar on weight training, exercises like dead lifts… chins… dips… farmers… sled push and pulls… dumbbell training are just some examples. Each class is a 30 min duration with one instructor that will teach you the proper technique for every lift, we generally have 10 to 15 people per class.

• Basic barbell and dumbbell exercises
• Cable and plate loaded machines
• Various training techniques such as giant sets, supersets, tri double sets, drop sets, and much more!

What to expect:

• Learn how to lift properly
• Learn multiple training routines
• 30 minutes of hard core weight training
• Average class size is 10 -15 people
